随着人民生活水平的不断提高，保障易腐食品安全，引起全社会的关注，冷链物流诚信是对社会的一种基本承诺，即公平、公正、效率、守约的把冷冻食品、医药等物质成果传递给最终消费者，并忠实地为客户提供优质的安全服务品质。

在经济资源配置社会化程度不断细分、国际化趋势越演越烈，食品安全被生产商贸企业视为公司运营的生命线，中国的现代冷链物流就必然要走第三方的道路，就是把上游（原料、生产）、中游（仓储、运输）、下游（配送、销售）实施全程的统一冷链物流服务，而冷链又是一个涉及多个节点、多家企业、多种温控物流设备的链条，是一个对资金、管理和技术都有很高要求的物流运作方式，如何消除隔阂、建立信任，携手共建冷链安全，经中国食品工业协会食品物流专业委员批准主办，由中国冷链物流网组织，中交百企（北京）企业管理中心承办的“首届中国冷链物流诚信建设大会”于2009年1月8-9日在上海召开，全面树立冷链物流诚信经营社会形象，共同创造企业宏观市场信用环境。

As the allocation of economic resources continue to be divided subtly , the international trend is increasing, food safety, production are operated as the lifeline of trade enterprises .China's modern cold-chain logistics ought to play a third party, which is bound to go on the road of full implementation of the reunification of the cold-chain of the logistics services, including the upper reaches of (Raw materials, production), midstream (storage, transport), downstream (distribution and sales).And the cold-chain is a multi-node, multi-enterprises, multi-temperature-control logistics equipment Chain, a high logistics operation of financial, managerial and technical demands. So how to eliminate the gap, construct credit, build security of cold-chain work together, China Food Industry Association Food Logistics is approval of Chinese cold chain Logistics Network to organize with the support of Enterprise Management Center (Beijing) China's 1st cold-chain logistics General Assembly for credit-construction in January 2009 held in Shanghai 8-9, to establish a comprehensive cold-chain logistics operation of the social image of credit, summon To create macro-enterprise credit market environment.
